Item Availability?
We give every effort to keep sufficient stock of all items listed on our site. Occasionally
certain products may be sold out. Merchandise availability is not guaranteed. If we are out
of stock on an item that you've ordered, it will be reflected on your order total and your
shipping confirmation.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Please be sure to enter your
correct billing information (first and last name, middle initial, billing address, credit
card number, expiration date, and cvv # on the back side of the card)
Do you have a minimum purchase?
No, there is no minimum purchase required.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax will be charged only to State of Texas residents, unless it is for resale. All other
recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and
local tax laws.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received. In addition, a
shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation
will include the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier and you
may use that tracking number.
How can I modify my order?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any modifications to the order including
cancellations.

How will my order be delivered and when should I expect to receive my order?
Orders placed Monday-Thursday before 12:00 A.M. CST will begin processing the next day and
will be shipped out within 48 to 72 hours pending availability and credit verification. Please
allow 5-7 business days for ground delivery. Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday
will be processed on the following Tuesday. ALL ORDERS will be GROUND SHIPPING unless
otherwise noted. Note that DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, or HOLIDAYS.

How do I purchase a Gift Certificates/Gift Cards ?
Gift Certificates/Cards are available for purchase online. We offer Gift Certificates/Cards in
predetermined dollar amounts. You may add this item to your shopping cart and proceed to
checkout for purchase. The Gift Certificate/Card will be sent via Ground Shipping unless
noted otherwise.
How can I check my Gift Card balance?
Currently, You can check the balance of your Gift Certificate/Card by contacting us by e-mail
at support@prettywomanaccessory.com.
What is your Return Policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns and exchanges are accepted only on items
that have not been worn or altered and with good condition and all tags attached. Please note
that we inspect every single item before packaging to make sure they are in good condition
before shipping out, and WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR RHINESTONE ACCESSORIES,
EVENING BAGS, AND TIARAS.
You may exchange or return merchandise by mail within 14 days of receipt of purchase ONLY
WITH A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Please note that we do not refund shipping/handling
charges.
What is a return authorization number and where do I get it?
The return authorization number certifies your order return. You may obtain this number through
Customer Service at 1-218-463-8710 or by e-mail to us. ONLY WITH THIS NUMBER WILL YOU BE ABLE
TO RETURN/EXCHANGE YOUR MERCHANDISE.

How do I make a return or exchange?
After obtaining a return authorization number, write the number and date you received the RA
number on a copy of the original invoice (there is a place for it at the bottom of the
invoice). Send the merchandise and invoice in original package. (We recommend that you insure
the return packages to pretty woman accessories,inc. This will provide you with recourse on
your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves.)
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once we received your package, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment
within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your
account when this transaction has taken place. Please note your banking institution may
require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have
received the information from us.
I received an item as a gift. How do I return or exchange it?
If you would like to return your gift, please follow the same guidelines for returning or
exchanging regular merchandise. Unfortunately, we can ONLY exchange the item or give you store
credit.
